Mill Creek Canyon is a favorite destination location for photographers and videographers. We're delighted to contribute to your creativity! Our property is the site of stunning ancient petroglyphs as well as a year round waterfall and other beautiful sites to inspire your creativity.Photography Guests enjoy full access to the property grounds and when available, complimentary glamping accommodations. Fees collected from photography sessions help to preserve the grounds, maintain a caretaker and contribute to further exhibits.
Photography Booking Prices and Policies:
Sessions: Photography sessions Sessions are booked in 1 hour increments and are available during the hours listed on the booking page. Pre-payment is required upon booking. Appointments may be made during all available appointment times listed. All clients / photographers are required to check in with visitors services upon arrival. Please note that sessions are not always available due to public and private events previously scheduled.
Pricing: All Single, Couple, and Family lifestyle portraits are priced as listed under photography looking sessions. fashion editorial commercial shoots by Arrangement only. Contact Sekrit though the Commercial Photography form. All fees must be paid in advance prior to the beginning of the shoot. Sessions are complimentary for confirmed wedding clients.
Photography Hours: Access 24/7 available by appointment. Access is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Please know that any personal belongings left may not be able to be access valuables until the following business day. We reserve the right to refuse admittance for photography/videography and or to change our photo policy without advance notice.
Payment: We accept payment via our website for all photography bookings. For special events we accept cash, check, or charge. Receipts will be issued upon request.
Cancellations: We do not offer cancellations due to weather prior to day of scheduled reservation. Reservations canceled due to weather at the time of appointment will be rescheduled with no additional charge. The Events Department reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any reservation. All fees for canceled appointments will be fully refunded.
Arrival: Clients are required to check in with the caretaker upon arrival. Clients will be required to agree to photography guidelines form prior to shooting. Please do not arrive early.
Photo Credit: If photographs are published, Left Hand Hollow must be credited. Please send a copy to the Press office care of marketing and PR manager.
Indemnification: Photographers will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mill Creek Hollow , its employees, officers, directors, exhibiting artist, and Affiliates from and against any and all cost, claims, liabilities, or damages incurred including without limitation all attorneys fees that arise out of or related to a the shoot; be photographers use of recorded footage; or see photographers breach of these regulations. Photographers obligation to indemnify is subject to the condition that it is given primary control of and all reasonably requested assistance a photographer's expense for the defense of such claims, with Council reasonably satisfactory to the indemnified parties, provided that the indemnified parties shall not be required to admit liability. Without limiting the foregoing, the indemnified party or parties may participate in the defense at its core their own expense, and with their own counsel, provided that if the indemnified party or parties reasonably conclude that the photographer has conflicting interest or different defenses available with respect to such claims, the reasonable fees and expenses of one Council to the indemnified parties will be considered cost for the purposes of this section. Photographers shall not enter into or acquiesce to any settlement containing any admission of or stipulation to any guilt, fault, liability, or wrongdoing on the part of the indemnified parties, or which would otherwise adversely affect the indemnified parties, without Left Hand Hollow's prior written consent. Photographer shall keep the indemnified party advised of the status of the claims and the defenses there of and shall consider in good faith the recommendations made by the ending indemnified parties with respect thereto.
Personal items: Mill Creek Hollow is not responsible for any personal belongings. Shoots are required to keep the shooting areas tidy. Clients must remove all personal items from the bathrooms and place trash, including hangers, in the receptacles. Facilities Clients are required to ask the Events Department in advance to open or close the front gate. Furniture cannot be moved without the explicit permission of the rental staff. Lighting cannot be adjusted. Bulbs cannot be removed or taken out. Doors can only be opened with the approval of staff.
Permissions: Mill Creek Hollow does not represent or warrant that it owns or controls the rights to any or all of the works shot located on theater property. The photographer understands and agrees that the permissions granted under this agreement exclude any and all copyrights, other proprietary rights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity whether any such rights arise under the law of the United States other countries or other jurisdictions owned by other persons or entities other than secret. It is the photographer's responsibility to obtain any and all such other permissions or licenses necessary to reproduce or otherwise use any of the reproductions or images resulting from the shoot in accordance with this agreement. Style photo credit must be given to Left Hand Hollow for all stylized or commercial photography.
Other: Outside props for photography must be approved and advanced (furniture, cars, etc..). No nudity without prior approval. Left Hand Hollow reserves the right to remove any client and or photographer if these guidelines are not strictly followed without refund. Other photo shoots may be scheduled during the time of your appointment. Please take care to share the dressing area and all areas. *Photography bookings may be made for up to three months in advance with NO REFUNDS - $35 rescheduling fee. *No rescheduling permitted within 72 hours of appointment time. *If you arrive and your session is rained out we will allow for a reschedule at no extra cost. (No advanced cancellations due to possible rain). *Client is responsible for any damages to Sekrit grounds or property and will be invoiced for damage amounts. *All minors must be under adult supervision at all times. *Dogs are allowed on leash with prior permission from management on a case by case basis. *Set up and clean up must occur within the reserved time.
